The Rutgers Executive Leadership Program for Women



Hands-On Development, Sustained over time

Program participants meet at Rutgers University for one- and two-day sessions periodically over six months. Workshops at the New Brunswick campus help executives see ways to adjust their leadership style to achieve superior business results, greater personal success, and deeper understanding of organizational change.

Participants take these new approaches back to the workplace, and put them into practice immediately. As they do so, they gain additional insights and suggestions from ongoing professional and peer coaching, also part of the Executive Leadership Program.
