The Rutgers Executive Leadership Program for Women
A Proven Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Program gains its strength from a distinctive pairing of business expertise and university scholarship. The program’s seasoned consultants, guided by emerging research, have deep experience coaching executives to breakthrough success.
As President of The Next Level Inc., Brigid Moynahan has provided training, executive coaching and team consultation to a broad range of Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. A known pioneer in advancing leadership and inclusion, she is the founder and director of the Executive Leadership Program.
Brigid brings powerful new thinking and practices to her work. A bold innovator, she has developed programs on mentoring, coaching, team building, diversity and leadership that have been profiled frequently in publications including Working Woman Magazine, the Wall Street Journal and Chief Learning Officer.
Renowned Speakers
The program also features celebrated guests from business, the arts, and public life, visiting Rutgers’ Institute for Women’s Leadership. The Rutgers’ program has hosted Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton, former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman, and the former Texas Governor Ann Richards. The Australian anti-nuclear activist Helen Caldicott has joined the program, as have Anna Deavere Smith and Lily Tomlin, both famed writers and performers.
The Executive Leadership Program likewise has been a magnet for an outstanding set of leaders. Speakers include Sharon D’Agostino, Vice President for worldwide corporate contributions and community relations at Johnson & Johnson; Vivian Banta, former Vice Chairman for Prudential’s domestic insurance business; Jean T. Burgdorff, founder of Burgdorff ERA; Michelle Y. Lee, Regional President, Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, Barbara Krumsiek, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Calvert Group; Sara Mathew, President and Chief Operating Officer of Dun & Bradstreet; Anne Mulcahey, Chairman and former CEO of the Xerox Corporation, Pam Chang, Vice President of Merck & Company; and Melinda Wolfe, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at American Express.
