The Institute for Women’s Leadership at Rutgers University has earned a stellar reputation in the field of women’s studies and has not hesitated to tap the Executive Leadership Program.

WINGS, for example, aligns professional women with Rutgers students through eight-month mentoring relationships. Executives help their protégés build a professional network, make a successful transition from college to career, and wrestle with the challenge of balancing their work and home lives.

The Executive Leadership Program has also contributed Reimagining Work and Community, a study that examines how professional women can use their talents to strengthen their communities.
