Brigid Moynahan, president of the The Next Level, Inc., brings to her work with women executives 17 years of experience as a consultant in organization development, change management, leadership coaching, team building, diversity management, and mediation. She has been a pioneer in promoting women's leadership and diversity awareness in such organizations as the World Bank, Bank One, Equiva Services, Raytheon, Prudential, Johnson & Johnson, Sprint, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Chase, Deloitte & Touche, and Ernst & Young as well as government agencies in the U.S. and abroad. Her programs have been featured in Affirmatively Speaking, Training and Development Journal, Working Woman Magazine, and Conflict and Diversity. A master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming, Ms. Moynahan has advanced training in organization and group development from the National Training Laboratories, the Tavistock Institute, the MIT Dialogue Project, the New York Psychoanalytic Institute, and Systems Centered Training.
